Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels is my hero. I followed him through his entire career, I actually started watching WWE(It was called WWF back then) around WrestleMania X. As I seen Shawn wrestle I realized he is one of a kind. Since then he became my favorite and at Wrestlemania 12 he won his first WWE Championship in a 1 hour Ironman match against Bret "Hitman" Hart which was voted match of the year. He had one of the best title reigns ever in 1996 which I will never forget but at the 1998 Royal Rumble Shawn injured his back very bad against the Undertaker in a casket match and required surgery. He left after Wrestlemania 14 for 4 straight years and I thought he was never going to come back. But in 2002 it all changed, he came back as an nWo member and later feuded with Triple H which led to their amazing match at Summerslam, and Shawn proved that he can still go, that he still is the showstopper and had more great matches after his comeback and he proved HHH wrong when HHH said "HBK is dead!"
